Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product is missing parts/accessories

  • You received the wrong size or variant (if applicable)

Note: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on Final Sale or Clearance


🧾 How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Pictures (if item is damaged)


🔁 Exchange Process

If eligible, we will:

  1. Confirm the issue via message or call

  2. Send our courier to pick up the product (in some cases)

  3. Dispatch the correct product once the return is received
    or

  4. Approve store credit if replacement is unavailable


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer (based on case)

  • COD orders will only be refunded via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash

  • Refunds take 3–7 working days after return approval


🚫 Order Rejection at Delivery

Repeated rejection of COD orders without valid reason may result in blacklisting your account from future purchases.


🔐 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
